Description of Leveling Agent in Textile

• 22119 is mainly composed of oleate ester derivatives.
• Oleate ester derivatives have an affinity for polyester fiber, which can combine with polyester fiber to slow down the dyeing of dyes and makes fibers dyed evenly to achieve the purpose of leveling dyeing.
• It is mainly applied in high temperature and high pressure rapid dyeing process for fabrics of polyester fibers and polyester blends, etc.

Features of Leveling Agent in Textile

1. Contains no APEO or PAH, etc. Fits environmental protection requirements.
2. Excellent leveling performance. Can shorten the dyeing time, improve production efficiency and save energy.
3. Strong ability of retarding. Can effectively decrease the initial dyeing rate and solve dyeing defect problems caused by simultaneous dyeing of mixed dyes.
4. Extremely low foam. No need to add a defoaming agent. Reduces silicone spots on cloth and pollution to equipment.
5. Improves application performance of dispersing dyes, especially the using effect of low-end dyes.

It is high concentration product. Kindly suggest to dilute it by 1:3 with soft water and then use.
