Product Description of Hydrophilic Agent

69204 is a silicone polymer with self-crosslinked polyether amine ester structure.

Polysiloxane links provide softness and weather resistance. Polyether amine ester links provide excellent hydrophilicity, reactivity and compatibility. They can combine with the active groups of the treated fabric to form a stable crosslinking net structure, which has excellent durability and washability.

It is an innovative product both with moisture absorption and quick drying performance and handle.

It is widely applied in the durable moisture absorption and quick drying finishing for nylon fabrics.

1. Contains no APEO or prohibited chemical substances. Consistent with the European Union standard of Otex-100.
2. Imparts fabrics durable and washable hydrophilicity.
3. Extremely low yellowing and extremely low shade changing. Almost no influence on the original color shade of fabric.
4. Little influence on color fastness.
5. Excellent self-emulsifying property. Can be diluted with water at any proportion.
6. More cost-effective than polyurethane moisture absorption and quick drying agent.

Instruction

1.Padding process:

Reference dosage: 5~20 g/L

The best pH value of working solution: 6.0~7.0

Setting: Dipping and padding (Pickup: 70~90%) → 160~170℃ × 60~90s

2.Dipping process:

Reference dosage: 0.5~1.5% (o.w.f)

Bath ratio: 1:20

Process: 80℃ × 20~30 min → Dewater → Dry (100~120℃)
