Block Silicone Oil Description:

• 76388 Block Silicone Oil is the block silicone microemulsion with special branched chain structure.
• It can be applied in the finishing process for fabrics of cotton, CVC, polyester/cotton, nylon/cotton, polyester and nylon, etc., which makes fabrics soft, fluffy, smooth and exquisite.

Block Silicone Oil Features:

1. Contains no APEO or prohibited chemical substances. Fits environmental protection requirements. Consistent with the European Union standard of Otex-100.
2. Imparts fabrics with excellent soft, smooth and fluffy hand feeling.
3. Low yellowing and low shade changing.
4. Good rebound resilience.
5. Good luster.
6. High stability.
7. Has a good affinity for various kinds of textiles.
8. Suitable for the dipping process.

Dipping Process:

• Reference dosage: 1.0~3.0% (o.w.f)
• Rasio rendaman: 1:20
• Process: 40~50℃×10~20 minutes → Dewater  → Drying (100~120℃)
