Dispersing Leveling Agent Features:

22115 is mainly applied in high-temperature and high-pressure rapid dyeing processes for fabrics of polyester fibers and polyester blends, etc. It achieves the purpose of leveling dyeing and saving dyeing time

1. Fast temperature rise-up in polyester dyeing, reduces dyeing time by about 30 minutes.
2. It contains no APEO or PAH, etc. Fits environmental protection requirements.
3. Excellent leveling performance, shorten the dyeing time, improve production efficiency and save energy.
4. Strong ability of retarding. Can effectively decrease the initial dyeing rate and solve the dyeing defect problems caused by simultaneous dyeing of mixed dyes.
5. Extremely low foam. No need to add a defoaming agent.
6. Improves application performance of dispersing dyes, especially the using effect of low-end dyes.
