UV Protection Finish in Textile, UV Resistant Chemicals for Fabric

Description of UV Protection Finish in Textile:

• 44509 UV Protection Finish Agent is mainly composed of special organic compounds.
• It can be applied in the anti-ultraviolet finishing process for fabrics of cotton, nylon and their blends, which can significantly decrease the penetration rate of UV to fabric and increase UPF to 50+.

Features of UV Protection Finish in Textile:

1. Has an excellent absorption capacity of 280~320nm UV. Can decrease the penetrating of UV and improve the protective performance of fabrics.
2. Has certain washability. Has lasting anti-ultraviolet effects.
3. It does not influence the handle of fabrics.
4. Extremely little influence on color shade and whiteness.
5. Can be used separately and used with reactive dyes or acid dyes in the same bath.

Instruction of UV Protection Finish in Textile:

1.For padding process

• Reference dosage: 20~50 g/L
• Dipping and padding → Drying → Setting

2.For dipping process

• Reference dosage: 2.0~5.0% (o.w.f)
• Bath ratio: 1:5~10
• 40~50℃ × 20~30 minutes → Dewater → Drying → Setting
• In the dipping process, it has an excellent dye uptake and fixing rate.
