Softening Agent Description:

• 39004 Softening Agent is specially modified with natural vegetable fatty acids.
• Without hydroprocessing, it has a high unsaturated fatty acid content.
• It can be applied in the hydrophilic, soft and fluffy process for fabrics of cotton, Rayon, Modal, synthetic fibers and their blends.
• It is especially suitable for polyester/cotton fabric, which can improve its bulkiness, softness and hand-grabbing rebound resilience.
• It is more suitable for the finishing process of a “natural cotton” handle.

Softening Agent Features:

1. Good hydrophilicity.
2. Imparts fabrics soft, fluffy, smooth, dry and exquisite hand feeling.
3. Compared to softening tablets, can be diluted by cold water. Convenient for use.

Softening Agent Instruction

1. 39004 Softening Agent is a high-concentration product. Kindly suggest diluting it with a ratio of 1:9 with water and then using it.
2. Diluting: Please add 450kg softening water into the container, slowly add 50kg 39004 Softening Agent, and then stir it for 20 minutes. Filter and then use.
3. Padding process (Dyeing and softening in the same bath): Reference dosage of diluted 39004: 5~15% (o.w.f)
4. Bath ratio: 1:5~1:10
5. 45~50℃ × 20~30min → Padding → Setting
6. Padding process (in setting machine): Reference dosage of diluted 39004: 50~300 g/L
7. Padding → Drying → Setting
