Product Description of Hydrophilic Agent

66302 is a hydrophilic modified imine “starlike” polyamine resin.

At high temperature, it can form a stable crosslinking net structure, which can form a dense water-like gelatinous hydrophilic film with the fabric. The film has excellent durable and washable performance, which can impart fabrics durable and long-lasting hydrophilic performance.

It is suitable for various kinds of fabrics.

It is especially suitable for the durable moisture absorption and quick drying finishing for high-grade nylon fabrics.

It can be applied in the hydrophilic coolcore finishing for nylon with big dosage.

It is also suitable for washable hydrophilic finishing for cotton and cotton blends, as well as the washable hydrophilic and non-ironing finishing for high-grade men’s shirts.

5. High stability. In dyeing process for nylon, can be used directly in dyeing bath. Also can be used in dipping process after fixing.
6. With big dosage, can be applied in the hydrophilic and coolcore finishing for nylon.
7. Good compatibility with silicon oil. Can improve the hydrophilicity of silicone oil.

1.Padding process:

Reference dosage: 5~20 g/L

Setting: Dipping and padding (Pickup: 70~90%) → 160~170℃ × 60~90s

2.Dipping process:

Reference dosage: 0.5~2.0% (o.w.f)

Process: After fixing, 80℃ × 20~30 min → Dry
